Create a soft blurred lip look with the lilybyred Mood Liar Velvet Tint. A semi-matte lip tint packed with ultra-fine pigments and nourishing ingredients, one swipe will leave lips looking full and bouncy. 

Smoothing out fine lines and adding moisture to treat dry skin, lips, this K-Beauty tint has a unique cloud-like finish to give you that on-trend blotted look. Leaving a natural MLBB stain, it's super easy to layer for a bolder colour or mix and match shades to create a gradient effect. 

The Mood Liar Velvet Tint is available in 10 shades.

HOW TO

Use the doe-foot applicator to apply directly to the lips. Add a small amount to the centre of the lip and blend out for a natural look.
