CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES 

To receive your items before Christmas, please place your order on or before the dates below. Please note these dates are not a guarantee - they are based on Royal Mail’s official Latest Christmas Posting Dates, factoring in our regular 1-2 business day processing timeframe.

 

  • 16TH DECEMBER for Economy Shipping
  • 18TH DECEMBER for Express Shipping 

Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid any disappointment caused by courier delays during this busy holiday period.

Q. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • £3.99 Economy Tracked (3-4 business days from despatch) on orders under £35

  • £4.99 Express Tracked delivery (1-2 business days from despatch) on orders under £50

  • FREE Economy Tracked over £35  

  • FREE Express Tracked over £50 

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. 

 

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We aim to pack your Cheripai order as quickly as possible, and it's our promise to despatch all orders within 2 business days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

 

Shipping times are calculated from despatch - not from when the order was placed. Please add 1-2 business days onto your order when estimating delivery dates.

 

During busy periods and national holidays, despatch and delivery times may take a little longer. 

 

Q. MY PARCEL IS LATE. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Please bear in mind delivery times are out of our control once despatched. If minor delays occur on your parcel's journey with the courier, we recommend getting in touch with Royal Mail directly. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us on hello@cheripai.co.uk

 

We can raise an investigation for you if a parcel appears to be lost. In the interim, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until the investigation has been concluded. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.

 

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?  

All orders will be sent via a Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 as standard. Once your order has been despatched, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking code - this code may require up to 24 hours to update. Please note, emails may sometimes be delivered to your junk folder.

 

Orders over £100 will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Q. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Currently we only ship within the UK - including Northern Ireland and Jersey. 

 

Q. HELP - I'VE MADE AN ERROR ON MY DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN IT BE CHANGED?

If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, please email hello@cheripai.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left our warehouse, we can correct this for you. If your order has been despatched, we'll do what we can to get the package to you. 

 

Cheripai assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or for additional postage costs required to rectify the issue.

 

Q. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW? 

Address errors sometimes result in a package being classified as undeliverable or unclaimed. If this happens, it should be on its way back to our premises - which can take up to 3 weeks or more. 

 

Once we receive your package, we can issue a refund or arrange redelivery. You will be liable for the new delivery charges.

 

However, if this error has occurred at the fault of our courier, we will happily pay for redelivery or arrange a replacement to be sent out.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER/REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

If you’d like to cancel or amend your order, please email hello@cheripai.co.uk immediately. We’ll do what we can to accommodate your request. Cancellations and changes to orders are only possible before despatch.

 

Q. I'VE ORDERED A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare case that an inventory error has occurred and you've purchased an item that's actually out of stock, we'll be in touch as soon as possible via the email you've provided at checkout. We'll explain the situation and confirm your refund.
