DAMAGED, INCORRECT & MISSING ITEMS
We're so sorry something isn't right with your order. If you have received a damaged, incorrect or missing item please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Photo evidence MUST be provided to help us solve this issue for you. Please keep your items and the delivery box safe until we get back to you with a solution
If an item has arrived damaged, please attach an image of the product detailing the issue to your email. Depending on stock availability, we will offer you the choice between a replacement or refund.
If we've sent across an incorrect item, please attach a photo of the item you've received by mistake to your email. We'll send out the correct item to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
If an item is missing from your order, we will send out the product via Tracked 24 as soon as our team have confirmed that the items wasn't included in your original parcel. Please be prepared to send a photo of the box your order was shipped in if required by our team.
We will not offer a refund for missing items.
Q. AN ITEM I'VE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the rare case that an inventory error has occurred and you've purchased an item that is out of stock, we'll be in touch as soon as possible via the email you've provided at checkout. We will refund the out of stock item unless you let us know you'd that you'd prefer a substitute.
If we don't hear back from you in 2 working days, we'll automatically process a refund for the item and despatch any remaining products to you.
