Cheripai is located in Leeds, United Kingdom.
Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use PayPal and the Shopify Payments platform which accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay.
Q. CAN I PREORDER ITEMS FROM CHERIPAI?
At the present, we're not taking preorders. If you'd like to know when an item is coming back in stock, please open the product page and sign up for 'Back In Stock' notifications.
If you'd like to know if we'll be stocking an item in the future, just get in touch via our CONTACT page.

Q. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE - HOW DO I USE IT?
To use your Cheripai discount, click on your cart when you're ready to pay.
Select 'Check Out' and you'll see a box for your discount code underneath your items on desktop. Don't forget to press APPLY to add the discount to your order.
Q. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?
Only one discount code can be used per order - so choose wisely! ☺
Q. MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING - HELP!

Yes - we source all of our K-Beauty and J-Beauty products directly from brands or authorised brand partners.

Q. WHAT DOES PRODUCT SHELF LIFE MEAN?
Shelf life is the maximum period of time a product should be used for once open. Product shelf life is usually expressed in months, e.g. 12 months is typically written as 12M.
You should always be able to find a product's shelf life on the product itself, or the packaging. It will be located next to, or inside, a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol, which looks like a small cosmetics pot with a lid above it.
EXPIRATION DATES
Q. CAN YOU HELP ME UNDERSTAND KOREAN EXPIRATION DATES?
When it comes to expiration dates and Korean beauty, there's a few things you need to know.
The first is how the date is written in Korea. Unlike here in the UK, Koreans write the date in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD. For example, 11/10/2020 would be depicted as 2020/10/11.
The second thing to note is that many Korean beauty products come with a manufacture date, as well as - or instead of - an expiration date. Manufacture dates let you know you've picked up a fresh product - but it can be alarming if you confuse it with an expiry date.
If the manufacture and expiry dates haven't been translated into English, here's what to look out for:

Q. OKAY, I'VE FOUND THE MANUFACTURE DATE ON MY KOREAN PRODUCT. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT'LL EXPIRE?
Remember the PAO (period-after-opening) symbol we mentioned earlier? Look for that, then make note of the day you start using your new products. Hopefully you'll love your product so much you'll finish it long before that date arrives!
Q. CAN YOU HELP ME UNDERSTAND JAPANESE EXPIRATION DATES?
The majority of Japanese beauty products do not feature expiration or manufacture dates.
To combat this issue, we source all of our Japanese products from trusted suppliers in Asia who frequently renew their stock. To make sure Japanese products don't remain at our premises for long, we buy small batches (and note down the date we receive them) to guarantee we're always updating our inventory.
If you do find an expiry date on your Japanese product, it'll be written in the same format as Korean products: YYYY-MM-DD.
