REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Q. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 21 days of receiving your order. If 21 days have passed, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that we do have exceptions. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on: Supplements, minis and any skincare or makeup product without a seal as part of the original packaging.
Q. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Email hello@cheripai.co.uk
2. State your Order ID. Please indicate clearly the items you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Once approved by a member of our team, please pack your items (in their original packaging) securely.
4. Send your items back to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a Tracked or Signed For service.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to complete returns within 3 working days of receiving your items.
A refund will be issued after we’ve inspected the goods to confirm everything is in a resalable condition. We will email you to confirm the status of your refund. If accepted, your refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
Q. DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A RETURN?
Yes, at the moment customers are liable for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service, and please remember to contact us before returning your items.
SALE ITEMS
We do not accept refunds on sale items. This applies to items already discounted on site. Full price items purchased using a discount code are eligible for refunds.
EXCHANGES
We will only accept exchanges on defective or damaged items.
CANCELLATIONS
Q. CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
If you’d like to cancel or amend your order, please email hello@cheripai.co.uk immediately. We’ll do what we can to accommodate your request. Cancellations and changes to orders are only possible before despatch.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED, INCORRECT & MISSING ITEMS
If you have received a damaged, incorrect or missing item please email hello@cheripai.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order.
Photo evidence MUST be provided to help us solve this issue for you. Please keep your items and the delivery box safe until we get back to you with a solution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item has arrived damaged, please attach an image of the product detailing the issue to your email. Depending on stock availability, we will offer you the choice between a replacement or refund.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If we've sent across an incorrect item, please attach a photo of the item you've received by mistake to your email. Depending on stock availability, we will offer you the choice between a replacement or refund.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, we will send out the product via Tracked 24 as soon as our team have confirmed that the items wasn't included in your original parcel. Please be prepared to send a photo of the box your order was shipped in if required by our team.
We will not offer a refund for missing items. A replacement will be sent to your address.
