SHIPPING POLICY
CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES
To ensure you receive your items in time for Christmas, please place your order before 23:59 on Thursday 19 December.This applies to both Economy and Express shipping options.
Shipping will be suspended between 21st - 26th December. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched when we return on 27th December. Some delays to our usual delivery timeframes are to be expected over the Christmas and New Year period. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Holidays!

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW INFORMATION IS NOT VALID DURING OUR BREAK. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 28TH OCTOBER - 13TH NOVEMBER WILL BE DISPATCHED ON 14TH NOVEMBER.
We aim to pack your Cheripai order as quickly as possible, and it's our promise to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Shipping times are calculated from dispatch - not from when the order was placed. Please add 1-2 business days onto your order when estimating delivery dates.
During busy periods and national holidays, dispatch and delivery times may take a little longer.
Q. MY PARCEL IS LATE. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Please bear in mind delivery times are out of our control once dispatched. If minor delays occur on your parcel's journey with the courier, we recommend getting in touch with Royal Mail directly. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us on hello@cheripai.co.uk
We can raise an investigation for you if a parcel appears to be lost. In the interim, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until the investigation has been concluded. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.
Q. DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
All orders will be sent via a Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking code - this code may require up to 24 hours to update. Please note, emails may sometimes be delivered to your junk folder.
Orders over £100 will require a signature upon delivery.
Q. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Currently we only ship within the UK - including Northern Ireland and Jersey.
Q. HELP - I'VE MADE AN ERROR ON MY DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN IT BE CHANGED?
If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, please email hello@cheripai.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left our warehouse, we can correct this for you. If your order has been dispatched, we'll do what we can to get the package to you.
Cheripai assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or for additional postage costs required to rectify the issue.
Q. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Address errors sometimes result in a package being classified as undeliverable or unclaimed. If this happens, it should be on its way back to our premises - which can take up to 3 weeks or more.
Once we receive your package, we can issue a refund or arrange redelivery. You will be liable for the new delivery charges.
However, if this error has occurred at the fault of our courier, we will happily pay for redelivery or arrange a replacement to be sent out.
