Containing 6 nourishing ingredients including Camellia Oil, Royal Jelly Extract and Argan Oil, lashes are also nourished during wear. Available in Black and Brown, this super waterproof mascara base is resistant to tears, sweat, sebum and humidity.

HOW TO

Curl lashes and apply one coat of the Curl Keep Mascara Base to lashes, from root to tip. Wait until the base is fully dry before layering or applying mascara.
